Recently, Muhammad Niaz Khan successfully passed the recommendation review and interview assessments and has been offered admission to the doctoral program in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University. We sincerely congratulate him on this important milestone in his academic career. Meanwhile, we would like to express our gratitude for his dedicated contributions to our team’s research innovation and collaborative development over the past three years.

As the first international student of our research group, Muhammad Niaz Khan quickly integrated into our positive, striving and innovation-driven academic atmosphere. He overcame initial difficulties including cultural adaptation barriers and language obstacles, devoted himself wholeheartedly to scientific research, and always prioritized assisting teammates and contributing to collective progress.

During nearly three years of postgraduate study, he has published two high-level SCI papers focusing on the design and fabrication of biomimetic adhesive materials with synergistic multi-mechanism adhesion. Furthermore, his research on the regulation of tip-enlarged microstructures has laid a solid technical foundation for the product development of our team.  

Once again, congratulations to Muhammad Niaz Khan. We wish him steady and rapid progress on this elevated academic platform, enabling him to reach greater heights and embrace broader academic horizons in the future.
