On May 20, 2026, the "Gather Talents in Pengcheng, Forge a Brighter Future" Xuzhou Young Talents Face-to-Face Forum was held at the Xuzhou Talent Parlor. Song Lewei, Secretary of the Xuzhou Municipal Party Committee, held discussions with young talent representatives. Xue Qiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department, presided over the forum. Mao Xiaoquan, Vice Mayor of Xuzhou, together with officials from all districts and municipal government departments, attended the event.
