We produce flexible printing plates specially designed for alignment film printing on liquid crystal panels. Tiny concave-convex patterns (halftone dots) are formed on the plate surface to maintain uniform ink distribution, enabling high-quality thin-film printing.
It is mainly adopted for printing alignment films (PI films) of STN, C-STN and TFT-grade LCD products. It can print PI films that are thinner, more uniform and with higher dimensional precision, making it the optimal tool for alignment film printing in the LCD industry at present.

Dot Condition: Uniform and consistent across the plate surface
Dot Peeling: Continuous dot loss shall not exceed 3 dots; max. 2 occurrences per raised area, no more than three occurrences per plate
Dot Bridging: Continuous connected dots shall not exceed 4 dots; max. 2 occurrences per protrusion block, total ≤ 3 occurrences per single plate
Line Defects: (1) Plates with obvious creases or scratches visually observed on protrusions shall be rejected; (2) Edge residual glue or damaged dots shall not exceed 2 rows
Air Bubbles & Spots: Bubbles within 0.5 mm are acceptable on condition that no dots are damaged
Surface Contaminants & Foreign Matter: Zero tolerance; a tiny amount of removable contaminants is permissible
